For instance, the use of open spaces and natural light in common areas will create a spacious, inviting milieu and encourage interaction.  

The warm and cozy fireside lounge will enhance the ambience, as will the nooks and crannies where one can sit, read or write quietly while still observing the hustle and bustle of the homes.  

The facility will offer such features as glare-free lighting, slip resistant flooring that is easy on the eyes, and supportive hand railings in hallways. All areas will be wheelchair accessible. Each building will feature TV monitored security surveillance in the lobby and parking garage.

All our suites will be priced at a standard level of finish and include:

  • Seven appliances - refrigerator, induction cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, stackable apartment-sized washer and dryer
  • Designer kitchen cabinets with senior friendly handles
  • 3-piece bathroom, balcony, one underground parking space per unit

  • All suites will include cable television with 48 channels (not basic cable), unlimited Internet access and toll-free US and Canada telephone at a substantially reduced group rate

The Meadows of Aurora has a host of lifestyle amenities planned for the coming years including a fellowship hall, chapel, coffee shop, dining area, on-call health resources, banking, hair care services, as well as guest suites for visiting family and friends.

These amenities will increase as the various phases develop.
