Following a church service in 2004, sitting around the kitchen table at a member’s home, several couples gathered to discuss the idea of a new faith-based retirement community. The vision was to provide 55+ adults in the Aurora area an opportunity to remain close to church, family, friends and healthcare. Six years after the start of the development process, groundbreaking took place. Two years later, the first residents took possession of their new home.
